Montana Hunting and Fishing Outfitters reserves the right to make refunds on a case by case basis.
Trips cancelled by the guide alone, due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund if rescheduling in the future is not possible.
Deposits are required to hold any scheduled dates. Once a deposit is made it is non-refundable. It may only be used for a future fishing trip within one year.
Fishing trips we require a ½ down payment to hold and secure your dates.
Hunting trips we require a 10% fee due upon booking, an additional 40% fee when tag’s are secured, and the remainder 50% is due 30 day’s prior to your scheduled hunt.
Once a deposit is made it is non-refundable! Your deposit can only be put towards a future trip with us. Thank you and stay healthy!
